Oh my goodness Emily, that is awesome! I loved listening. For someone who is told they can't carry a tune in a bucket, ahem, I do admire those that can sing! It was just beautiful!
Thank you Tracey! Steve says he appreciates the wonderful compliment, too. After my singing Valentine, I had them sing this for Fara. Dad and I had started to work out the plans before he got sick for a singing Valentine to be delivered over Skype. But this is nice because it can be shared! :) Glad you enjoyed.
Very nice, Steve. When we lived in Kenosha, WI we would often walk by Harmony Hall which was near our home (the home at that time of the Barbershop Harmony Society).
Steve says "Thanks!". He said he had always wanted to visit Harmony Hall when it was in WI and never got the chance. Ah well.
dear emily! this was for you?! from your steve?! it's the most amazing valentine i've ever seen. did you cry? i am thinking i would have. oh my.
This is the only time Steve has song for me! I always ask him to sing for me at home, but he says he gets too nervous around me. I almost cried, definitely blushed (I was out having coffee when they showed up). He's such a sweetie.
Oh, wow! What a way to celebrate the day!
It was definitely sweet. :)
Emily you are one lucky lady!! They sound wonderful and I hope you said you will be his forever :D
Thank you! Yep, I told him he was stuck with me. ;)
I'm clapping out loud! I love barber shop quartet, how romantic to be married to the cutest member! ;)Blessings, Debbie
LOL! Thanks Debbie :)
i love barbershop! my mom directed a chorus and was in several quartets all of my growing up years. Hearing songs like this always makes me smile!
How neat! My grandfather was a barbershopper, so I love the fact that Steve is, too. I love the music.
